Five Minutes on Terrorism and the Defence of Duress

This is the first of what I hope to be an ongoing series in which I comment on legal issues that interest me (criminal law, legal education, evidence, animal law). The objective is to do five minutes (or thereabouts – this one goes six), and express thoughts that might one day turn into more substantive research. I look forward to any comments or feedback you might have.

This first VBLog (Video Blog) examines the way in which the defence of duress is developing, and how it might work in the terrible scenario of a terrorist attack or mass murder.
